I have been a client of Justine’s for several years. Justine is a knowledgeable, thorough and patient instructor. One of her first questions at every session is “How’s your body feeling?” and your response drives the session.

Pilates with Justine has helped me to strengthen my core and improve my balance and posture. Physically I feel so much better after every session - no matter how tired or tight my body is, I leave feeling energized and standing taller and straighter. In fact, my posture has improved so much I measure a full inch taller than when I started which is a big deal as you age! Every session is different and customized for your needs and ability, and Justine’s cheerful encouragement makes every session fun. I look forward to it every week.

Pilates is some of the most difficult exercise I’ve ever done, but working with Justine has helped me to progress and master exercises I never thought possible. It has been a great complement to my running and has helped me to improve there as well. Her warm personality and concern for your well-being is an added bonus.

I started Pilates with Justine over 4 years ago when I was sixteen weeks pregnant with my first child. I consistently worked with Justine two hours each week during my pregnancy, from tough barre and TRX sessions when I needed a good sweat to gentle reformer and stretching sessions when my body needed it. I attribute an easy pregnancy and recovery to my training with Justine. She has since taken me through another pregnancy and now postpartum recovery for a second time.
